Figure9 was a software database company that provided consumer electronic information to retailers that could better assist in resolving technical issues with their customers.

·         Worked to develop corporate identity and goals.

·         Assisted in the preliminary structuring of the corporate database.

·         Maintained and enhanced database forms; increased ease-of-use and functionality.

·         Developed an intranet/internet style guide for Figure9’s online information that would maintain ease of use as content expands.

·         Developed an online tutorial that would properly acclimate new employees to Figure9’s intranet.

·         Designed and built several prototypes for the Figure9 web site.


 

Vontobel USA Inc.

Vontobel is a Swiss financial institution that specializes in asset management.

·         Responsible for the development and implementation of a comprehensive Y2K preparation strategy.

·         Took the responsibilities of system administrator; Updated and maintained network computers and workstations (installed and configured WRQ software, wrote network login scripts).

·         Provided technical help to those having computer issues.
